ok the chip I'm attaching the trim to is at -45 degrees i need to change it to 0 (up and down on the y axis) and rotate on the y axis. Is this possible?

Ok, so if i understand you right you want it so its at a -45 degree angle you press a button and it turns to a 90 degree angle (90 degrees is up and down on the y axis) and then you want it so you can turn it on the y axis with out it being connected to the Trim? Sorry if i still don't understand you -_-

EDIT: To answer your question there is not anyway that i know of to do what you are trying to explain unless i still don't understand you >_>

You mean you want to make a rudder to steer the plane?

Sorry for the late reply but I haven't been active on the forum for a long time.

Could you post your model so we can help you beter?
Also, have you read my tutorial about analogue controls? It might help a little.

Though it sounds like you haven't setup your "yaw" variable correctly.
Make default: 90 (how you want the starting angle to be)
Max: 135 (90 + 45)
Min: 45 (90 - 45)
Step: (around the same value as what you set in the keys-section)

Hope this helps!
