I would allow bigger models, and optimise the game so that it ran a lot faster with these bigger models
I'd add more chip types allowing for more complex movement, as well as more weapon types like rocket launchers and grappling hooks
I would add rigid body collisions on multiplayer
And finally, I would fix the timestep so that everyone runs the game at the same speed, no matter what their FPS is

-More options and effects for wheels (Monster Trucks! Very Happy)
-Transparent/Translucent Chips (Not only for cowls. Very Happy)
-Hi-Def Rigidchips? XD
-Realistic Gravity and Friction Very Happy
-Spring Chips

I can't think of anything else.. xD

For me... I'd add a Ruby interpreter!!

Also, remove the speed limit, and optimize the game. That's pretty much all RC is lacking for me.

speed limit needs to be upped and so do the graphics.
bigger models, lasers doing damage, more objects (so we have targets to practice aiming with). i think that's it

Welded (truly rigid) joints
Variable guns
More realistic water physics
Remove the precision problem when you're far away from the origin

-More shapes for the cowls and chips (Chips could have triangular shape Very Happy)
-Load/Unload mods (Kinda like scenario, but loads a modification on resources)
-RPG/Adventure game (Somewhat a crappy idea, where we create scenarios that could be an adventure game)
-Cores are not included in the 500km/h speed limit
-'Chain' chips (Combination of a Trim, Rudder, and a Chip in one kind)
-Flames! (Burning chips XD)
-Chips doesn't allow water to get in (When made a capsule underwater, there's still air in it)
-An English-Lua converter! XD
(If angle 1 is greater than 5 then variable 1 is 0 = If angle1>5 then variable1==0 end XD)
-Larger limit to weight options (For better armor)
-Ragged chips (Greater friction)
-Chips can be set if its 'bumpable' or not ('bumpable' = Collision and is for treads XD)
-Unbreakable = Truly and really Unbreakable
-Shadows are made better instead of overlapping shadows of chips/cowls
-Better Multiplayer system (PM's and such, fixed delayed/gone messages)
-Propeller chips have curves (Just like in a real plane)
-New option : No friction
-Added space environment when reaching certain heights (Realllly high)
-Moving maps (Cars moving, trees swaying, etc)
-Setted up models on maps (Externally added models that function)
-Better wind (Not just throw the model XD)

Lol, That's all I can think of adding to Rigidchips! Very Happy

I would:
-Make it so where any drivetrain for a land vehicle/car work properly.
-Allow realistic weight to work properly.
-Fix the odd weight of the tires and RLWs, so that the cars only move by their weight distribution, when in the air.
-Tachometer?
-Fix the _H(0) to where it can go up to any height (even below sea level).

That's all I can think of. XD

I would add an actual propeller part. It would have options similar to wheel that change the diameter and the amount of blades.

jets being a box or tube instead of a flat circle. It would also have options to change the length and diameter of the box/tube, which would change the properties.

combine rudders, chips and trims into one piece. This would allow more complex models and a wider variety of creativity.

Remove speed limit(seriously. we can't even break the sound barrier.)

better sound effects for the jets/guns/wheels. This would allow you to not only to make the models sound intimidating, but you might be able to hear an enemy as he/she sneaks up on you.

a built in map maker with a scenario maker built in. This way you can create CTF maps or base vs. base maps. It should also have the option to create water-free areas under water, as well as water at different levels throughout the map.

pre-made scripts.(i.e. autopilot, auto-balancing, and target tracking.)

more weapon types, such as bombs, lasers, etc.

electricity. electricity behaves differently than actual fuel, and there could be generator chips to turn fuel into electricity, which replaces the fuel burnt to make the electricity. and with electricity being added, solar panels could also be added to the system to create solar powered models.

waves in the water. waves would be produced along with wind, or, with the built in map maker, there could be permanent waves.

most of the things suggested by the other people. Very Happy

because Lua functions are in lower-case(and don't work on high case), and rigidchips default functions are high case(without working in lowercase).

Ah. The default library function can't be any case - just the case that they are defined in (generally lower). Same with the RigidChips-specific functions.

Just like any functions that you define yourself.

Add more weapons, such as explosives and melee weapons.
Combine chips, rudders, and trims and add four more options to move around the connection on each chip.
Make it so cowls can be added in any position and orientation compared to a given chip.
Make a way for models made by different people on a server to communicate.
Make a way for rigidchips to interact with outside programs, so you can use any language you like.
Publish documentation in English.
Add a backdoor allowing me access to the computer of anyone using rigidchips.
