An old face with a new id

A handful of you may remember me by my old handle. It was bobfish or 808f15h or something like that. It's been so long I've forgotten. I've spent atleast the past 2 years I'd guess, with only computers running Linux. The past 6 months of which were spent in commandline. But I just got an old box with XP so I can finally return to my favorite scripting trainer, RigidChips!

Now to get back to making halfway decent models and never getting around to posting them.

Welcome Back, I think I joined after you left. Oh and on a side note, you wouldn't happen to know what TWIM is? Your old name sounds familiar.

TWIM.... I'm not sure why, but my first thought is of browser games like Shintolin, Urban Dead, WIGBL, Nexus War and the like.

But no, I can't remember anything by that name.

Oh ok nvm, I must be thinking of someone with the same user name as your old one.

A lot happened while you were gone. The old host IPBfree was involved in some legal issues and had to take down all sites they hosted without prior notice, with no hopes of retrieving any content. I happened to be the first to notice this (because of timezones) and created the new forums. Thorero has moved on. He stills joins the IRC channel occasionally but now he's been caught up with real-life matters. I think he's getting married soon.

Not in a million years! I've just been rather busy with work, life, and people. I still check in every once in a while.

Ya, I've seen Blueprints. I haven't gotten too into it. Mainly because my hardware is a bit lacking, but also because the interface is a bit unintuitive for me.

I remember you...from your depth mine. I don't know you yet and its good to meet another one of the main members of the last forum. Sorry guys, I've also been busy with school so yeah...

One of the few models I ever got around to posting. It suffered from the same problem my torpedo does, no vehicle to put it on. Plus the additional problem of being very heavy.
