Computer Corruption, or?
*THIS IS AN EDIT OF THE PREVIOUS TOPIC*
Okay, so it's about the computer in one of the other topics. This happened when I JUST got back home from someone else's house (a friend of my mom). I go to turn the notebook on, BOOM, wireless starts flickering on and off, the touchpad becomes frozen, but it yet enabled at the same time, and the keyboard had a tendency to delay, or not work. Before I went over to visit someone else, I was working on a little game (made for fun). Does anyone know what the heck is going on? Now, it apparently seems to be a motherboard issue. Today, the wireless seems alright, and so does the keyboard. Any opinions would be nice.

Back up your file on some external drive, and take it to a service provider?
Re: Computer Corruption, or?
@Snake_X: The warranty is out, they will not do anything about it.
@Runner: I'm currently backing everything up so that my uncle can re-install windows. I'm not sure about a service provider, since the warranty is out.
It seems that the wireless is fine now, and so is the keyboard. The touchpad is not working, and so I still need my uncle to fix this. It may be a motherboard issue if re-installing Windows doesn't help.

Sorry for a double post, but this is something that I just found out. My wireless is SYNCHRONIZED with my touchpad! O_O If I turn the touchpad on, no wireless. If I turn the wireless off, the touchpad becomes disabled!

That sounds like a hardware issue, so reinstalling window will likely not have any effect.
However, if you're lucky, it's just drivers conflicting! If that is so, then you might get it working again with a reinstall.

I think it might be when I updated Synaptics (missing an input for the PS/2 Port). But when I updated to version 14 before, for the driver, it caused Windows to prevent it from working. I wonder what it will do now. I can't re-install the current driver, since the Synaptics site has version 14 only for Vista.
