Lua help
Hey everyone! people have been telling me that i really need to learn to use Lua, so i tried to teach myself first but didn't get it, and the tutorial that is already up doesnt make sense to me.
so, i am basically going to spam questions here
first of all, i use the visual designer.
heres my first question
how do i use Lua script? what are the function on -blank- or whatever they are called, and how do i use them?

Re: Lua help
Ok, first off, if there is something you don't understand something in the tutorial up here, then post that on the tutorial thread. Then we can update the tutorial to make sense.
So, to answer your original question: Basically, you type in all of the Lua into the big white typing box. Then, when you want to save the Lua into the model you are working on, press "Set Lua". This will also activate the Lua in RCD. The "Stop Lua" button just deactivates the Lua in RCD.
Note: You have to save the model to write the Lua to the file, though.
