Val Based Concept Cop Car
As Description says, I was too bored to make it LUA, I have placed the lights, but I'll add the script to make them work later. The car can be split down the middle from front to back, and its even on both sides.

Sirens are impossible to make because there is no way to add sound to rigidchips. Do you know how to make your own models? (just wondering)

I would, but then I realized that I'd have to re-frame the entire car based on how I model a 'faster' car. So I'll look into a v2 soon enough.

There is a small chance you can, you just need to play around the the resources, Doc, Data, and maybe the .exe itself.
Not sure how to answer you second question though, I create the vast majority of my model from scratch in RCD. The only time I'm NOT making a model from scratch, is when I'm fitting a custom body to another persons chip. Which I've namely only really done to the Japanese Kayat Car. The chip is RIDICULOUSLY FAST.
