Cockpit view
As i currently build a battlecruiser i had this question back in mind:
How can i get the cockpit view like it is on the core to work on other chips too.
It would be really useful because the battlecruisers core is deep in its hull to keep the ship from being taken out with one shot.

Re: Cockpit view
You can't withought splitting the chip in question. Build the battleship with the core at the vantage point, and armour it heavily.

Re: Cockpit view
hmm... well i´ll better use laser pointer then as i dont want to rebuild that hundreds of chips beast... and heavy armor is not very good idea because the jets will have a hard time keeping all the armor in the air...

Re: Cockpit view
you might want composite armor - basically stacked chips/frames/jets instead of weights. while they break up easier when hit with low power cannons, high power cannons still have a high delay.
jets have a 1/6 power-to-thrust ratio, which means every 6 power will get you 1 newton's worth of force. you can use the _WEIGHT() function to obtain the vehicle's mass, and get the thrust accordingly.
